Guestlist Procedures:

  1. All guest lists must be submitted with both first & last names, and with approximate arrival times & date of event.
  2. Management will always reserve the right, to admit or refuse entry to the venue at any and all times.
  3. The Silk Road guest list offers priority entry into the venue via the ‘members & guest list’ rope.
  4. Please note carefully: All submissions and amendments close 12 noon the Thursday prior. Names on guestlist does not guarantee entry. All guests are still subject to door policies & RSA regulations.

Trading Nights

  1. Friday and Saturday night guest list to public will cease at 12.00am.
    • VIP guest lists and ‘paid-up’ function and bookings are exempt of the cut-off time.
    • Conditions to entry will apply.
    • These conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
    • Guests who arrive outside that time will be required to line up in the general line.

Approval Process

  • All guest list enquiries are to be sent to guestlist@silkroadoncollins.com by midday Thursday.
  • This will then be approved by the events department.
  • You should expect a return email 48 hours following your submission.
